TTM Manager - Product specifications

A modern through-the-mail autograph hub for XenForo: a signer and address directory with real success rates, a personal request tracker, photos of returns, leaderboards and one-click ESPN roster import.

**Signer directory**
- Players, coaches and other signers, plus team fan packs, organised by sport (9 sports included; add, rename, reorder or hide sports in the Admin CP).
- Filter by sport, active/retired, player or team, and first letter, or search by name or team.
- Sort by name, most successes, fastest turnaround, most requested or newest.
- Signer cards with headshots (or initials), a success-rate ring and average days to return.

**Addresses**
- Multiple addresses per signer (home, team facility, spring training, agent...) with labels and instructions.
- Success rate, average turnaround and request count for each address.
- Mark addresses outdated or current; outdated addresses stay visible but clearly flagged.
- Addresses visible only to groups you choose (by default, members only; guests can't see them).

**My TTM request tracker**
- Log requests with the date mailed, address, items sent and notes.
- Status tabs: Waiting, Successes, Failed / RTS, Everything.
- "Days out" counter on every waiting request.
- One-click "Mark returned" with the received date filled in automatically.
- Results: success, failed (came back unsigned) or return to sender, plus items signed and comments.
- Up to 4 photos per request (configurable), automatically resized for the web.

**Community results**
- Every signer page shows all members' results with photos, dates and turnaround times.
- Success rates and averages rebuild automatically whenever a request changes.
- Recent Successes photo gallery, filterable by sport.
- Member collection pages with each collector's stats and returns.

**Leaderboards**
- Top collectors (most successes).
- Most successful signers.
- Most items signed.
- Fastest signers (average turnaround, minimum of 3 successes, so a single lucky return can't top the list).
- Every leaderboard can be filtered by sport.

**Community contributions and moderation**
- Members can suggest new signers (with an optional first address) and new addresses.
- Duplicate check when suggesting a signer.
- Approval queue in the Admin CP, plus approve buttons right on the signer page.
- Trusted groups can skip the queue.
- Staff can edit or delete any signer, address or request.

**ESPN roster import (Admin CP)**
- 17 leagues: NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, WNBA, MLS, NWSL, Premier League, LaLiga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1, Liga MX, College Football (FBS and FCS), and Men's and Women's College Basketball.
- Import a whole league or a single team into any sport.
- Brings in names, current teams and ESPN headshots.
- Skips players already listed, so it's safe to re-run every season.
- Runs in batches, so large leagues don't time out.
- Optionally imports players without photos too.

**Integration**
- "TTM" tab in the main navigation, and "My TTM" in the account menu and account sidebar.
- Recent Successes widget for any widget position, with a count and a "photos only" option.
- 7 permissions: view, view addresses, track requests, suggest signers, suggest addresses, skip approval, manage.
- Options: enable/disable, signers per page, photos per request and maximum photo size.
- Card-based, responsive design that follows your style's colours, with light and dark mode support.
- Clean uninstall: removes its tables and uploaded photos.
