A modern through-the-mail autograph hub for XenForo: a signer and address directory with real success rates, a personal request tracker, photos of returns, leaderboards and one-click ESPN roster import.

Through-the-mail (TTM) collecting runs on shared knowledge: which players sign, which addresses
still work, and how long a request takes to come back. On most forums that knowledge is scattered
across hundreds of "Success!" threads. TTM Manager turns it into one organised, searchable place
that fills itself in as your members collect.

Members browse a signer directory filtered by sport, active or retired players, and team fan packs.
Each signer card shows a success-rate ring and an average turnaround time, calculated from the
community's own results. Every signer page lists their known mailing addresses, and each address has
its own success rate and average days, so collectors can tell at a glance which one is worth a stamp.
Addresses that stop working can be marked outdated. Instructions such as fees, item limits and
"send a SASE" notes sit right beside them.

When a member mails a request, they log it in **My TTM**: what they sent, where, and when. Waiting
requests count their days out. When the envelope comes back, one click marks it returned. The member
records a success, a failure, or return to sender, and uploads photos of the signed items. Every
result feeds straight back into the signer's and address's statistics. As the community logs more
results, the success rates and turnaround times become more accurate.

The best returns show up everywhere: a Recent Successes photo gallery, a homepage widget, member
collection pages and leaderboards for top collectors, most successful signers and fastest signers.

Admins stay in control. Members can suggest new signers and addresses, and suggestions wait in an
approval queue unless a group is trusted to skip it. Addresses can be restricted to members only,
so guests can see who signs but not where to write. To launch with a full directory instead of an
empty one, **Import from ESPN** adds current rosters from 17 leagues, with names, teams and headshots,
in a few clicks. Players who are already listed are skipped, so you can safely re-run it each season.

Built for XenForo 2.3 with a clean, card-based design that works on phones, fits any style, and
supports light and dark mode.
