Favorite Teams lets your members show off who they root for. You build the list of teams in the Admin CP, with each team's name, logo, and an optional league or group label like "NFL" or "Premier League". Members then pick their favorites, and those logos appear under their name, rank and banner in every post they make. Every discussion gets a visual cue of where people's loyalties lie, which is exactly the kind of friendly rivalry a sports community runs on.
Choosing teams is easy for members. There's a Favorite teams link in the account menu and in the account sidebar. It opens a picker that sorts teams by league, with an "All" view and an "Other" group for anything unlabeled. You decide how many favorites each member can pick: the default is three, or set it to zero for unlimited. There's also a Favorite Teams widget you can place in sidebars and other widget positions.
Managing teams is built for real-world leagues with dozens of clubs:
Add teams one at a time, or with bulk add, which lets you fill in as many rows as you need and save them all at once.
Logos can be uploaded or linked from an image URL, in PNG, JPG, GIF or WebP.
Each team has a display order and an on/off switch, so you can retire teams without deleting them.
Deleting a team removes it from every member's favorites cleanly.
